Pileo by Porada, designed by the Sovrappensiero design studio, was created with the intention of conveying the delicacy and poetry of wood through a luminous form inspired by nature. Its name evokes both the cap of a mushroom and an ancient skullcap, from which it draws its formal and conceptual inspiration.
The slender yet sturdy tripod base is made of Canaletta walnut or ash, available in all Porada finishes. It supports a large sheet metal lampshade, available in pewter grey, white or glossy black, which interacts with the wood in a balanced and contrasting way. Breaking gracefully with the essential profile, the bright red cable introduces a contemporary and dynamic touch, giving the object an immediately recognisable identity.
Available in table and floor versions, the Porada Pileo lamp is a silent protagonist in the spaces of the home, from the living room to the entrance hall to the bedroom. Its original, sculptural design diffuses a warm, soft light, ideal for accompanying moments of relaxation with a touch of authentic style.
