By designer Daniele Lo Scalzo Moscheri, the Ditre Italia Cut Soft armchair recalls the sartorial detail that becomes a project. Cut is an armchair characterised by an "absence" of prominence, where the harmonic outline reveals all the comfort enclosed in a shaped shell interrupted by through seams that hint at and interrupt the volumes.
The structure echoes the original Cut model and is made of a steel frame and cold-foamed polyurethane, with a painted metal base. The armchair appears to be composed of blocks of elements with the stitching enhancing the volumes: the wide seat slightly inclined, the lower back that curves to end with the armrests, and the high back that acts as a headrest and has two lateral "flaps". The all-fabric or leather upholstery accentuates this interplay of dimensions and elements, or a mix version is also available with the shell upholstered in leather. The special feature of Cut Soft is the swivel base with a central metal tube and 4 spokes.
The Ditre Italia Cut Soft armchair when paired creates a domestic corner in which to devote oneself to reading a book or conviviality. Accompanied by the matching pouf and tables, Cut Soft welcomes the user into moments of relaxation and well-being. The Cut Soft armchair also decorates contract environments, such as studios or hotel rooms, with its unique and inviting design.
Elegant and comfortable, Cut Soft by Ditre Italia becomes the star of the room through its tailored attention to detail and cosy shell-like appearance.
