The Quadrifoglio table by Porada is the result of the combination of the company's craftsmanship and Carlo Ballabio's creative vision, inspired by Achille Castiglioni's Taccia lamp and the iconic pillars of Villa Tugendhat designed by Mies van der Rohe. A project that combines architectural influences and designer style, where the name itself comes from the distinctive design of the legs.
Made of solid ash wood, the legs—available in the finishes of the collection—feature a sinuous alternation of concave and convex surfaces, which slenderise the structure and make it visually light. The brushed brass feet, almost suspended above the ground, amplify this feeling of lightness, as if the table could hover in space. In the version with a transparent glass top, the entire structure is fully visible: a brass plate supports the top, framed by four rounded wooden elements, evoking the delicate shape of a four-leaf clover.
The top is available in a variety of materials—solid ash wood, Rock or lacquered crystal—and in different shapes and sizes: from the rectangular version to the more compact round one, ideal for four people. All configurations are embellished with a solid wood frame, which in the Quadrifoglio Crystal version can be removed for a more minimalist look.
